Lease terms

Lease Duration is one year. Move in cost is $4,400.00 No smoking of any kind anyplace in or on the property No pets or animals of any kind may be kept anyplace in or on the property. Tenant is responsible for the cost of all utilities and/or services supplied to the premises with the following exception: Water, Sewer, Garbage. Tenant is responsible for any charges above the base amount). Parking is available in designated driveway, garage and on street in front of residence. Only passenger vehicles are allowed to park on property or in front of property on the street that are currently registered and are covered by a current insurance policy in the tenants name and are maintained in a continuously operational condition. No Recreational vehicles, campers, commercial vehicles, water craft aircraft or trailers are allowed to be parked or stored on property or in front of property on street. Tenant shall maintain existing front and back yards. If tenant is unable, a service will be provided and the rent will increase to reflect the cost of that service. Tenants are required to maintain liability coverage of at least $100,000 in property damage and legal liability throughout their lease term. Evidence of insurance must be provided before moving in, at each renewal, and upon request.
