Why This Home Is Different
I've owned this condo since 2018 and have rented to young professionals ever since. Creating a safe, comfortable, low-maintenance home where everyone enjoys living is something I genuinely care about, and I've been fortunate to have wonderful tenants over the years. Many have stayed longer than expected because they loved the living situation including my current roommate, Peter, who recently renewed after living here for the past 1.5 years.
Unlike most shared apartments, this home is occupied very lightly.
Peter is an easygoing young professional who works and travels frequently, so he's typically home less than 40% of the time.
I'm the owner/landlord, not a full-time roommate. I spend approximately six months each year living in Florida, and even when I'm in Boston, I'm only at the condo about 40% of the time.
The result is a home that often feels like your own furnished apartment. Most days you'll have the kitchen, living room, patio, and common spaces largely to yourself while still paying room pricing instead of full-apartment rent.
As an added bonus, I'm a Boston native, formerly worked for the Boston Celtics, and now own a concierge company. I'm always happy to help with local recommendations, restaurants, sporting events, concerts, or anything else that makes getting settled in Boston easier.
