The pool heater operates from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If outdoor temperatures drop below 65F, the pool heater may take longer to heat the pool. A valid government-issued ID and credit card details must be provided after making a reservation for verification. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book and stay at the property. Guests residing in Naples may be asked to provide additional verification. A rental agreement is required for this property. Guests are responsible for adhering to the agreement and may be charged for violations such as disrespectful use of property, lost or damaged items, exceeding guest limits, unauthorized gatherings, possession of illegal substances, excessive trash, failure to return keys, soiling of linens or property, excessive utility consumption, unauthorized use of the pool heater, unsanitary pool use, violation of the no-smoking policy, pet policy violations, or relocating furniture. Parties, special events, or gatherings of people are strictly prohibited. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Misrepresentation of age, number of guests, or hosting unauthorized events may result in forfeiture of monies paid and potential legal charges. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own property. Trailers, boats, jet skis, or other commercial vehicles may not be parked at the property. Parking is limited to the driveway, garage, or allotted parking spaces. Street or curbside parking is not customary. Absolutely no pets are allowed without written authorization. Violation of the pet policy will result in immediate vacating with no refund. Pool heat is an optional add-on and requires a per diem rate. If pool heat is requested after arrival, it may take 48 or more hours to heat, and a trip charge may apply. Pool heat charges are not refundable due to weather conditions. Guests are responsible for keeping the property in a generally clean and tidy manner and for taking out trash and cleaning dishes. An initial supply of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing, and laundry detergent is provided; guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies. While the property is professionally cleaned before arrival, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be issued for allegations of lack of cleanliness or disrepair. Optional maid services may be arranged at an additional expense. Guests and their guests shall not disturb neighbors, use the premises for unlawful purposes, or commit waste or nuisance. Failure to vacate when ordered is a violation of law and subject to trespassing and felony charges. Guests must report any disrepair, breakage, or missing items promptly. Guests are responsible for putting trash bins out on scheduled pickup days for single-family homes. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own property. There is no telephone service provided at most properties. Guests are encouraged to bring their own cellular telephones, computers, and other wireless devices.
The manager will provide water, electric, natural gas where applicable, wireless internet, and basic cable TV service. Guests are expected to consume utilities conscientiously, and the manager reserves the right to charge extra for excessive consumption.
