Lease terms

In accordance with Texas Property Code Section 92.3515, the following tenant selection criteria may be considered when reviewing rental applications for this property. Applications may be denied based on one or more of the following factors: Criminal history Previous rental history Current income and employment verification Credit history Failure to provide accurate, complete, or truthful information on the application Prior evictions, broken leases, or unpaid rental obligations Inability to meet income or identification requirements Additional Lease Terms: Tenant is responsible for all utilities Renters insurance is required for the duration of the lease Up to 3 pets allowed with no size restrictions Lawn maintenance is the tenant's responsibility Pest control service is included in the base rent. Tenants must allow scheduled interior and exterior pest control treatments and coordinate access in a timely manner when services are scheduled. Tree maintenance is included in the base rent. Tenants must allow property access for scheduled tree trimming and maintenance as needed. By leasing the property, tenants acknowledge that maintenance vendors and service providers may periodically need access to the property and/or interior of the home for scheduled services and upkeep. Tenants are expected to communicate promptly and cooperate with scheduling requests to ensure the property is properly maintained.
