Lease terms

Lease term and duration can be negotiated , utilities (electric and water ) with normal use is included . If utilities will go over normal usage base on prior monthly statements , it will be reviewed and difference possible can be added to next month rent . Grass cut time and possible additional minor fees will be discussed at the time of lease signing . To avoid any additional fees , it is tenant responsibility that property must be kept clean inside/outside from any unapproved items which also will be discussed at the time of lease signing . Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the house.
