RENOVATED Two bedroom / 1-bathroom unit in a quiet, secure & safe, smaller apartment building in the Pleasant Ridge neighborhood (Norwood is across… the street). City of Cincinnati school system. The building has hallways that remain lighted 24 hours a day and both entry doors remain closed/locked at all times. Building security is a TOP priority and tenants are not permitted to "prop" the entry doors open at any time. I only offer a 12-month lease period.
Utilities: The owner pays for the unit heating, water heating, water, sewer, and trash expenses, while the tenant is only responsible for the unit's electric expenses (for the lighting and appliances).
Laundry - The building has coin-op laundry in the basement.
Smoking & Pet policy - No smoking nor pets of ANY kind are allowed no dogs, cats, fish, birds, nor lizards, mice or similar tiny caged rodents, chinchilla's, snakes, rabbits, or ant colonies.
