Owner pays for HOA and water. Renter is responsible only for electric and internet/cable. FIRST and LAST month's rent and SECURITY/DAMAGE deposit due at signing. No smoking allowed. Only one- or two-persons rental. Absolutely, no subleasing apartment to others. The lease duration will be for ONE year. Renewable. No pets by community rules. The renter MUST maintain premises in good condition. Rental payment is due by 1st of each month. A late fee of $125 will apply. Condo Association has an approval process. Renter will pay for community background check / credit background fee. Conversation with owners is required to ensure fitness on both sides. (There will be a signed contract with all terms clearly spelled out.)
