Incredible location the town shuttle bus stops right out front and directly across the street.

Winter parking at the house *may* be possible (to be discussed).

You will be sharing the house with my son, James, myself, and our two cats (Chito and Chola). **You must love kitties
This is a smoke-friendly home, but it is absolutely **not** a party house. We value a quiet, laid-back, and respectful environment.
**Roommate Responsibilities
We are looking for someone willing to do their fair share around the house. You must be willing and able to:
* Clean up the kitchen after every use.
* Help with snow shoveling during the heavy winter months.
* Share the cleaning duties for the upstairs bathroom.
* Vacuum the upstairs area.
* Keep your personal area and the shared laundry room clean and tidy.
**Requirements
* Must absolutely love cats!
* Must be able to speak conversational English.
* Solid personal/rental references are strictly required.
