Requirements *A favorable credit history with a minimum credit score of 620 and above *No evictions or collection records for non-payment of rent *No open bankruptcies *Verifiable household income at least 2.5 times the monthly rent combined among all applicants. This apartment has not been evaluated for section for Section 8 occupancy by a government agency. If you would like to apply and will be using a rental subsidy, such as a Section 8 voucher, we will require and consider the applicant's credit history (in addition to all of the other application criteria) but offer the applicant the option to provide evidence of their ability to pay the rent including the applicant's benefit statements, pay records and bank statements.
