Linens are included for short term rentals only. Towels and hand towels are not included in the rental. Summer season begins on May 14th and ends on September 30th. Rentals during this period have a 1 week minimum requirement and begin on Friday. Long term rentals are available from October to May. Rates posted are for long term academic winter rentals.
