Every once in a blue moon, lightning strikes. It's rare, but it happens.… Our beloved penthouse apartment in Jamaica Plain near Stonybrook is available for the first time in years, starting September 1st. Message for details.
The basics: Our condo is located on the top floor of a triple decker with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and in-unit laundry. It gets excellent natural light but feels very secluded up in the treetops. Layout of the unit is perfect: open living and dining rooms and great kitchen on one side, and the two beds, bathroom, and laundry area on the other. There's a sunny, street facing front porch and a shady, secluded back porch. The whole unit has a super efficient air conditioning and heating system (heat pump) and there's free, high-speed internet. The quiet, one-way, tree lined street has plenty of parking and dead ends at one of the many neighborhood parks. It is a 6 minute walk to the Stonybrook T stop (Orange Line) as well as the famed Southwest Corridor which runs the length of JP into the South End (great for bike commutes!) and offers nearby playgrounds, a skate park, basketball court, tennis court, cafes, restaurants, breweries, and much more. It is 16 minutes to Downtown Crossing by train and 16 minutes to JP Licks on foot. What more can you ask for?!
