Lease terms

Tenant to obtain a renter's insurance policy and provide proof of insurance coverage to the landlord within 3 days of the tenant taking possession of the home. Parking is allowed in the driveway or garage- never on the grass. If there is evidence of smoking, the Tenant's deposit will be forfeited. The home must be left in move-in condition or will be charged a cleaning fee, plus any other additional fees to bring the home back to its original condition. The renter is responsible for the first and last month's rent and pet deposit due at signing. No smoking in the house or garage. Up to two pets are allowed. Year-to-year lease. The yard must be mowed every 3 weeks, and during the fall and winter months, leaf control will need to be completed. The landlord will hire someone, and the tenant will be responsible for payment. The landlord will maintain weed control service, spray for bugs, and change air filters in the home.
