Springvale is located in Westchester County, New York, on some of the most desirable real estate in the country. Overlooking the Hudson River in the Town of Cortlandt, the Springvale community includes 31 buildings sitting on 35 acres of park-like grounds with river views and old growth trees.
Our garden apartments, with private entrances, offer residents opportunities for social interaction, quite leisure, and personal privacy. Beautiful Oscawana Park hiking trails are located adjacent to the Springvale property. Many of our residents explore the remains of the McAndrews Estate, a grand 75 acre estate inside of Oscawana Park.
Springvale Apartments provides spacious public rooms in which to gather, including The Barn, a beautiful activities center, consisting of an activities room with a library, large screen TV, comfortable seating and kitchen, and an exercise studio.
Springvale provides free bus transportation for shopping every Tuesday and Friday.
As apartments become available for rent, Springvale inspects them and undertakes improvements as necessary.
A select group of apartments are being renovated and redesigned with enhanced kitchen and bathroom facilities including new cabinets, granite counter tops, larger modern stoves and refrigerators, and recessed lighting. These redesigned apartments are available for rent at a modest surcharge over the price of our standard offerings.
