Excellent restaurants abound! Built in the mid-1800s this Territorial style house has all the modern conveniences on the inside: updated kitchen with cultured stone counters, dishwasher, gas stove and a washer/dryer. Some touches added in the beginning of the 1900s include a craftsman-style dining area with built in glass cabinets and stained-glass transoms over the street facing windows. As you go through the hand carved front door you will see original wood floors, hot water radiators and a hallway that separates public from private areas. The large garden at the front of the house will be maintained by the owners of the property. Save on electricity with the 2.9Kw photovoltaic system on the roof. Two parking spaces are provided at the back of the property. Note: the casita at the back of the property has one parking space.
