Lease terms

1 year lease required. No smoking. No pets. Neighborhood is governed under homeowners association. Tenants are expected to adhere to all covenants; which includes: Homes must be used exclusively as single-family residences. Vehicle Parking and Storage: * Recreational vehicles (boats, campers, trailers, snowmobiles, etc.) and mobile homes cannot be stored or maintained on any part of a lot unless they are in an enclosed structure. * Only vehicles driven on a regular basis by the occupants may be parked outside. * Commercial vehicles, tractors, and construction equipment are not permitted to be parked in yards, driveways, or streets. * Major vehicle repairs must be conducted inside a garage. Property Maintenance: * Lots must be kept free of weeds, trash, and debris. * Lawn and garden equipment must be stored inside when not in use. * Garage doors should remain closed when not in active use. Waste and Utilities: * Trash containers must be screened from view except on pickup days. * Open burning and outdoor incinerators are prohibited. * Outdoor clotheslines are not permitted. Exterior Features: * No above-ground swimming pools are allowed. * Exterior holiday decorations are permitted only for a 90-day period starting November 15th. General Conduct: Activities that constitute a nuisance or "unreasonable, improper invasion upon the quiet use and enjoyment" of other residents are prohibited.
