Additional amenities include a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washer/dryer, and an ironing board/iron. The second floor offers a second living space with a couch and smart TV, along with multiple bedrooms. The guest suite boasts a fully stocked kitchen with a small cooking set and drip coffee maker, a dining set for 4, a queen bed, smart TV, dresser, full bathroom with walk-in shower, and a closet with a washer/dryer.
Pool heat is available for $30 per day, contact us for details. Beach gear is provided, including chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella. The property features a long driveway with space for up to 5-6 cars or boat trailers. One dog under 50 lbs is permitted for a $200 non-refundable pet fee, with additional charges for un-bagged dog feces.
Enjoy beach access less than a 10-minute walk away, with public access directly across A1A. A public boat ramp is conveniently located 3 blocks away, offering access to the Matanzas River. The historic downtown is a 15-minute drive away.
Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed on the property, including the front porch, and any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Pets are allowed with restrictions and a fee. Events are not allowed. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. There are 3 active security cameras around the home: one at the front door, one facing the driveway, and one facing the pool area. Any attempt to remove, cover, or disconnect cameras will result in immediate removal from the property. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from their original positions. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning.
