My wife and I just finished remodeling our home in highland. The home is on just under an acre with lots of mature trees, a newly planted orchard and a hoop house with all the groundwork done for any aspiring gardener (our initial intention) We put in a lot of work and money to get it to where it is now and are deciding to move for a work opportunity out of state. Right now the house is furnished on the main level and upstairs and unfurnished in the basement. We had family living in the basement but they moved out in march. We are pretty flexible with any kind of rental situation so please message if you have any interest. We would like to offer it as a furnished rental and are willing to do a minimum stay of 30 days. Also open to take our things out and do a more long term tenant. Message with any questions. Going to be listing the house on furnished finder pretty soon but wanted to put it on zillow first.
