Factors that may be considered include: * Outstanding debt owed to a prior landlord. * Unpaid utility collections. * Patterns of delinquent payments. Credit score alone will not be used as the sole basis for denial. Criminal History Criminal history will be evaluated in accordance with applicable law and may include consideration of: * The nature and severity of the offense. * The time elapsed since conviction. * The relationship of the offense to resident safety or property protection. Arrests not resulting in conviction, expunged records, and other records prohibited by law will not be considered. Occupancy Standards Occupancy limits will comply with applicable health, safety, and fair housing requirements.
