Unfurnished. Length of lease is negotiable. Application fee for background check is $6 (criminal only, no need for a credit check). Payment of security deposit ($2,000) can be paid in installments over the length of the lease. No smoking in the unit but smoking on the porch is okay. Parking is in front of the unit and is very easy. The street parking is plentiful, convenient, and almost always available. Will need help with snow shoveling and yard maintenance around the unit, in the lease. No cats because the unit is recently remodeled and we've had some negative experiences with cats but a well-behaved dog that gets along with the existing dogs at the Schoolhouse will likely be welcome. It's negotiable. We are looking for renters who would enjoy living in a small, friendly, community-oriented property rather than a typical apartment complex. We value peace, respect, and a neighborly atmosphere.
