No Smoking or Vaping permitted on the property or in the unit. Parking in gated area with remote access for ONE CAR ONLY at all times (subject to towing) Residents responsible for cost of repairs to plumbing, plumbing fixtures and appliances should damage be caused by negligence or misuse.
