Lease terms

The rent is 1945.00 monthly with a deposit of $2800.00 we are only offering a five years lease (who wants to move every year anyway) if for some reason you cannot or do not stay the entire five years you are subject to losing your deposit at the end of five years, your lease goes month-to-month automatically. You just need to comply with the terms of the lease and continue paying The renters pay all water, sewer, electric, cable, phone, and any other utilities that's not mentioned. Pet fee's range anywhere from $250 to $500 per pet. We require a picture of the pet(s). There is a $175.00 one time administration fee for lease preparation and signing. There is also a $50.00 application fee per adult that will be living in the household and/or signing the lease this must be paid for in cash when you pick up the application. You can also put the deposit down and we give you in writing and receipt your money a hold on the house which means you have the house off of the market why your application is being processed.
