Free on-site and street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and the building includes an EV charger. Gym access is provided. Pets are welcome with an extra one-time fee per pet per stay, which is not included in the booking total and will be collected separately. The pet cleaning fees are $100 per pet for 1-2 nights, $150 per pet for 3-6 nights, $250 per pet for 7-29 nights, and $300 per month per pet for stays of 30 nights or more. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance, with a weight limit of 50 lbs. Early check-in can be requested a day before arrival and is subject to approval, costing $20 per hour before the standard check-in time. Late check-out is also subject to approval and must be notified in advance, costing $20 for 11:00 AM and $40 for 12:00 PM. An additional cleaning request during your stay would cost $150.00. For stays longer than 29 days, a mandatory cleaning service by our housekeeping team costs $150, which must be paid by the guest.

Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building, with a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Strictly observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions. Due to building regulations, a background check is required for all guests, who will be asked to provide a valid government ID through secure platforms. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sundays. Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Any guest checking out beyond 12:00 PM is subject to a penalty of $300 and immediate expulsion. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee, and you will be charged for stained or damaged sheets and towels. There will be a $10 charge if face towels are stained. Extra towels and sheets are not provided. Packages and mail are not allowed to be sent to the address; items may be delivered to the door or a local FedEx/UPS. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items. There is a $600 penalty for lost keys, clicker, or fob. Do not alter any safety device, including the security camera pointing at the door entrance; blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. Repairs may occur without prior notice and cannot be used as a reason for a refund. There is a $500 penalty if you are locked out and require assistance.
