Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sundays. Late check-out is subject to approval and must be notified in advance. Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building, with a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10pm - 8am. Parties are not allowed, including loud music, with a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. Guests will be charged for any excessive mess, stained or damaged sheets/towels, or if face or bath towels are used as kitchen towels ($10 charge for stained face towels). Extra towels and sheets are not provided. An additional cleaning request during your stay would cost $150.00. Packages/mail are not allowed to be sent to the address. Guests will be charged for any missing or damaged items, with a $600 penalty for lost keys/clicker/fob. Altering any safety device is prohibited, and blocking or disconnecting the security camera will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. Repairs may occur without prior notice and cannot be used as a reason for a refund. There is a $600 penalty for lost or damaged key/fob/parking permit, and a $500 penalty if you're locked out. All stays longer than 29 days must be cleaned by housekeeping, costing $150.
