Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM Monday-Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sundays. Late check-out is subject to approval and incurs fees of $20 per hour up to 12:00 PM, with a $300 penalty for checking out beyond 12:00 PM. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance, with no pets over 50 lbs allowed. Extra pet cleaning fees apply based on the length of stay. Visitors are generally not allowed without prior notification. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways, with a $1000 fine for violations. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $1000 fee if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. Excessive mess after your stay will result in additional charges for stained or damaged sheets/towels. Face or bath towels should not be used as kitchen towels, with a $10 charge for stained face towels. Additional cleaning requests during your stay cost $150.00. Packages and mail are not allowed to be sent to the address. A $600 penalty applies for lost keys/clicker/fob, and a $500 penalty if you are locked out. Altering any safety device, including the security camera pointing at the door entrance, will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. Repairs may occur without prior notice. A $600 penalty applies for lost or damaged key/fob/parking permit. All stays longer than 29 days require cleaning by housekeeping at a cost of $150.
