Observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Parties are not allowed, and loud music is prohibited. A $1000 fine will be imposed if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. Smoking, drug, and vape use are not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the building hallways; a $1000 fine will be applied if discovered or reported. Unauthorized guests at the unit or pool will incur a $100 fine per person. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and undergo a background check. Early check-in is available for $20 per hour, subject to approval. Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sundays. Late check-out is subject to approval, with fees of $20 per hour up to 11:00 AM and $40 per hour up to 12:00 PM. Checking out beyond 12:00 PM incurs a $300 penalty and immediate expulsion. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance, with a weight limit of 50 lbs. Extra one-time pet cleaning fees apply: $100/pet for 1-2 nights, $150/pet for 3-6 nights, $250/pet for 7-29 nights, and $300/month/pet for 30+ nights. Visitors are generally not allowed without prior notification. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee, including for stained or damaged sheets/towels. Face or bath towels are not to be used as kitchen towels, with a $10 charge for stained face towels. Extra towels and sheets are not provided. An additional cleaning request during your stay costs $150.00. Packages and mail cannot be sent to the address; deliveries can be made to the door or a local FedEx/UPS. A $600 penalty applies for lost keys/clicker/fob, and a $500 penalty if you are locked out and require assistance. Altering any safety device, including the security camera at the entrance, will lead to immediate termination of your stay without a refund. Repairs may occur without prior notice and cannot be used as a reason for a refund. All stays longer than 29 days must be cleaned by housekeeping at a cost of $150, to be paid by the guest.
