Smoking, drug, and vape use are not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the building hallways, with a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and parties are not allowed, with a $1000 fee if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and undergo a background check. Early check-in can be requested a day before arrival and is subject to approval at a rate of $20 per hour. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM Monday-Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sundays. Late check-out is subject to approval and must be notified in advance; standard check-out time is 10:00 AM, with fees of $20.00 for 11:00 AM and $40.00 for 12:00 PM. Checking out beyond 12:00 PM incurs a $300.00 penalty and immediate expulsion. Visitors are generally not allowed without prior notification. Excessive mess after your stay will result in charges for stained or damaged sheets/towels. Face or bath towels should not be used as kitchen towels, with a $10 charge for stained face towels. Extra towels and sheets are not provided. An additional cleaning request during your stay would cost $150.00. Packages and mail cannot be sent to the address. Missing or damaged items will be charged, with a $600 penalty for lost keys/clicker/fob. Altering any safety device, including the security camera at the entrance, will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. Repairs may occur without prior notice and cannot be used as a reason for a refund. A $600 penalty applies for lost or damaged key/fob/parking permit, and a $500 penalty if you are locked out and require assistance. All stays longer than 29 days must be cleaned by housekeeping at a cost of $150, to be paid by the guest.
