Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and pass a background check with a valid government ID. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sundays. Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Guests checking out beyond 12:00 PM are subject to a $300 penalty and immediate expulsion. A strict no-party policy is enforced, monitored by Ring Cameras at the entrance and noise detectors inside. Any party activity will result in police intervention and immediate eviction without refunds. Unauthorized guests at the unit or pool will incur a $100 fine per person. There is a $1000 fine if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building, with a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance, with a weight limit of 50 lbs. Visitors are generally not allowed without previous notification. An excessive mess after your stay will incur additional charges on top of the standard cleaning fee, including charges for stained or damaged sheets and towels. A $10 charge applies if face towels are stained. Extra towels and sheets are not provided. Packages and mail are not allowed to be sent to the address. A $600 penalty applies for lost or damaged keys, clickers, fobs, or parking permits. A $500 penalty applies if you are locked out and require assistance. Altering any safety device, including the security camera pointing at the door entrance, will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. Repairs may occur without prior notice and cannot be used as a reason for a refund.
