A strict no-party policy is enforced, with Ring Cameras monitoring the entrance and noise detectors installed inside. Any party activity will prompt police intervention and immediate eviction without refunds. Unauthorized guests at the unit or pool will incur a $100 fine per person. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions and undergo a background check, requiring a valid government ID. Early check-in can be requested a day before arrival and is subject to approval at a rate of $20 per hour. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sundays. Late check-out is subject to approval and must be notified in advance; standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out at 11:00 AM costs $20.00, at 12:00 PM it costs $40.00, and any check-out beyond 12:00 PM incurs a penalty of $300.00 and immediate expulsion. Visitors are generally not allowed without previous notification. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building, with a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10pm - 8am. Parties are not allowed, including loud music, with a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. Excessive mess after your stay will incur charges for stained or damaged sheets/towels. Face or bath towels are not to be used as kitchen towels, with a $10 charge for stained face towels. Extra towels and sheets are not provided. An additional cleaning request during your stay would cost $150.00. Packages/mail cannot be sent to the address; delivery to the door or a local FedEx/UPS is recommended. Missing or damaged items will be charged, with a $600 penalty for lost keys/clicker/fob. Altering any safety device, including the security camera pointing at the door entrance, will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. Repairs may occur without prior notice and cannot be used as a reason for a refund. A $600 penalty applies for lost or damaged key/fob/parking permit. A $500 penalty applies if you're locked out and require assistance. All stays longer than 29 days must be cleaned by the housekeeping team at a cost of $150, to be paid by the guest.
