Do make prompt Payments of deposit and rent No Pets allowed No Smoking No Drugs Do not damage the home in which you live, inside or outside. Please respect your neighbors and the neighborhood in which you are now a member No solicitation of any merchandise, drugs, alcohol or food No exotic pets - snakes, pigs, skunks, tarantula, bees, etc are not permitted No overcrowding in the home or illegal tenants No illegal vehicle parking allowed on the property Do not drive on the grass Lessee is responsible for mowing and weed eating the lawn on a bi-weekly basis Yard must be free of trash at all times trash is taken out on Sunday evenings for them to pick up early Monday morning Lessee is responsible for all plumbing repairs including faucets, leeks, stopped up pipes, stopped up toilets, frozen pipes, water damage due from negligence that are not considered normal wear and tear. Lessee is responsible for all glass, screens, and storm door repairs if broken while in home on the lease Lessee warrants that any work or repairs performed by lessee will be undertaken only if he is competent and qualified to perform it. Lessee will be totally responsible for all activities to assure that work is done in a safe manner, which will meet all the applicable codes and statues. Resident's further warrants that he will be accountable for any mishaps and/or accidents resulting from such work, and will hold the owner - agent free from harm, litigation, or claims of any other person in the event repairs are needed to be beyond the competence of the Lessee; Lessee is urged to contact the owner - agent for approval before performing any repairs. If Lessee agreement is broken in any way, deposit is not refundable.
