Lease period is one year (12 months). First month and last month rent due at signing. One month security deposit (refundable if property left in good condition at end of lease) will also be collected. Pet deposit is not refundable. Prorated rent for month of May. Based on $68 per day times number of days or $525 per week. Landlord and tenant will mutually agree on partial month rate. Pet fee quoted is per pet.
