This is a studio apartment located less than two blocks (15 minute walk to center of campus) from the University of Akron. For move in you will have to pay a security deposit of $500 along with first months rent of $500 and first months prorated utilities. The prorated utilities include water, gas, and electric. The prorated utilities (depending on the time of year) will fluctuate in price. The lease terms will be a full year lease. We normally like to end our leases for the end of July every year. All my tenants will have to have renters insurance. If you don't purchase your own renters insurance you will be automatically enrolled in ours. It is suggested that you purchase your own. Pets are accepted but there will be a pet rent of $25-$75. If posted it is still available.
