Lease terms

Rent is $1,650 per month, with a $1,650 security deposit,. Move-in requires payment of prorated first month rent, and deposit. The tenant is responsible for a monthly utility charge of $125 that covers water, sewer, and garbage. Tenant shall be responsible for establishing and maintaining a separate electricity account in their name and for the payment of all electricity charges. Owner will consider pets with a $450 pet fee for first pet and an additional fee for each pet after. Must provide paperwork evidence that the pet(s) are spayed or neutered and current with shots. Basic qualifying is that you have a minimum credit score of 620 and a minimum income to rent ratio of 2.5x. READ BEFORE APPLYING - All applicants must be a minimum of 18 years or older to apply. Applicants will be required to apply individually, this includes married couples. Checking that income(s) are adequate and verifiable to cover two and half times the rent for the property.
