The kitchen is fully equipped for group stays with a large center island seating up to 12, Thermador appliances including double ovens and a gas cooktop, a microwave/air fryer combo, blender, waffle maker, and a coffee maker with starter K-cups. It is fully stocked with cookware, dishware, and basic pantry essentials. All bedrooms include comfortable bedding, storage, and thoughtful touches. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, private ensuite bath, walk-in closet, and a desk for remote work. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds and share a full bathroom, with one including a desk. Bedroom 4, the bunk/game room, has two twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), a Smart TV, Xbox 360, games, a desk, and private exterior entrance. Bedroom 5 has two twin beds and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 4. Garage parking is available along with additional driveway space. RV hookups are available for an additional fee. Guests can bring up to 2 dogs upon approval of quantity and breed for an additional fee of $15 per night and a total deposit of $250. Additional pet fees will be collected as an Airbnb additional charge or as a separate transaction after booking. Pets must be kenneled or left in the yard when left at the property, and all messes must be properly disposed of. This retreat is minutes from Downtown Flagstaff, NAU, Arizona Snowbowl, Walnut Canyon, and Route 66, making it the perfect base for Grand Canyon and Sedona adventures. It's also conveniently located near various golf courses, Lowell Observatory, and Wupatki National Monument. Flagstaff Pulliam Airport is just 13 miles away. The fireplace is not available for guest use. The home operates on a septic system, so please avoid flushing grease, food, or non-toilet paper items. This property is located in a quiet residential area, so please keep noise at respectful levels. Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Form & House Terms & Lease within 24 hours of booking. The primary booking guest must be 25 years of age and must be physically staying at the property. There is an additional fee of $20 per night per person over 8 guests for additional cleaning and associated costs. A deposit may be held based on past reviews, background checks, and the makeup of the booking group. A cancellation fee of 4% may be held to cover admin and credit card fees.
