We would like to rent out the house beginning in July 2026. The lease term will primarily be for one year. An extension of the lease may be requested in April 2027. All utilities will be paid by the tenants based on their monthly usage. The house has a beautiful backyard and front garden, both of which will need to be maintained by the tenants. The Homeowners Association (HOA) fee will be paid by the homeowners. The homeowners will also pay the monthly home appliance warranty fee. In the event that an appliance stops working and requires service, the appliance insurance company charges a small co-pay, which will be the responsibility of the tenants. Parking is available on the street in front of the house. Typically, two cars can be parked directly in front. There are no assigned parking spaces associated with individual houses, so guests may park wherever space is available.
