About the building

Great location. Close to Lake Johnson, Crossroad, NC State and Meredith College. This is a quiet neighborhood not suitable for college parties.… Extremely large primary bedroom with nice walk in closet. Large attached bathroom with soaker jetted tub and separate shower. Double sinks. Second bedroom good size with its own attached bathroom with tub/shower combo and nice walk in closet. W/D located on second floor. Main level is all hardwood. Upstairs is carpeted with tile in bathrooms. Nice back patio with private backyard and storage closet. One car garage. NO PETS and NO SMOKING. Tenants must acquire renters insurance before occupying the unit. Notice the two options in the living room with regards to TV over fireplace. You can have a TV over the fireplace or if you don't like that you can keep the mirror covering the TV wall mount. We will review all Zillow applications but when making your final decision we will be asking prospective tenants to fill out an application on Rent Spree. CURRENTLY OCCUPIED, MAY NOT BE ABLE TO SHOW UNTIL 7/29/26.
