Max 3 vehicles (preference for two as parking is shared among three houses and is limited). Has: Central AC, Central heating, wood stove, washer and dryer, smart tv, and front porch. The two other houses on the property share the outdoor space. The other residents are primarily musicians and artists in their late 20s/30s/early 40s, and there is a sense of community. It is common for other residents to be playing music in the gazebo, working in the garden, working in a truck, or having a quiet dinner party at one of the outdoor dining tables. There is plenty of space in the garden to have your own plot, as well as a small flower bed by the house that I can maintain or the next tenant can plant if desired. Pets allowed upon approval but must be leashed and supervised when outdoors, as the yard is not fully fenced in (no outdoor cats). The house is unfurnished, but I do have some basics that can be included (curtains, storage racks, table, smart tvs, kitchen basics, chairs, patio furniture) if desired. The perfect location - just a short drive to Peeler Park, Eastside Bowl, Dee's Country Cocktail Lounge, Madtown Cafe, and East Nashville bars and restaurants. 20 min drive to Downtown.
