The dining area offers a stylish table with a view of the fenced backyard. The first bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed. Both bathrooms are modern with sleek vanities and full bathtubs.
House-trained pets are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog, per stay, with a maximum of two dogs per stay, and dogs must weigh 20 pounds or less. Prior approval is required. An additional nightly rate of USD 39 applies for each guest over six.

Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. Violation of the no-weapons policy will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and may be reported to the platform and local authorities. Cats are strictly not allowed. Only registered guests are allowed; no parties or large gatherings. Violation of the no-smoking indoors policy incurs a $500 USD fine. Smoking outdoors on the property is allowed, but please ensure all cigarette butts are thrown in the trash. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. Garbage is picked up on specific days by the city; guests will be notified the night before to leave trash out from 7 pm onwards for a 7 am pickup the next day. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them. Any rule violation could cost part of or the entire security deposit plus penalty fees if applicable, and even non-refundable cancellation of the reservation, depending on the severity of the violation.
