Room available in East Arlington! Flexible move in between July 1 and August 1.… I am leaving my current place and helping my amazing roommate Nicole and her dog Brody (picture included) find someone to take over my room! I have loved living here for 3 years. Details: A room in a spacious 2 bed 1 bath apartment. Driveway parking and free laundry in the basement are included. Unique apartment touches: true dining room, cozy porch, large basement for storage (and generally lots of storage), functional fireplace, and a jacuzzi bathtub! Also of course you get to live with Brody the dog Landlord lives upstairs and is extremely kind and responsive. Location: Less than a mile from Alewife Station and the Red Line as well as nearby bus stops for the 77 bus, which runs often and goes down Mass Ave to Harvard. We are also near lots of restaurants and the Capitol Theatre if you enjoy the movies. Rent: $1600 plus utilities. I'm happy to leave you my window AC unit for free if that's interesting. Nicole is 30 and would love a roommate who is kind, clean, and loves dogs! Her dog Brody is super fun to live with. Nicole works remotely for a software company but also part time for the Sox!
