One individual private bedroom is available in a very nice and clean 3br/1ba recently renovated apartment located on the second floor of a two-story building. The room itself is unfurnished, but the common areas of the apartment are completely furnished, and the rent of $750/month includes utilities (wi-fi internet too!). The room is perfect for RWU law students or grad students due to the location and quiet/professional tenants. There are currently two female tenants living in the other bedrooms in the apartment. You would have access to your bedroom and all the common areas, which include a living room, kitchen, bathroom, enclosed porch, basement with plenty of storage space, coin-operated laundry machines, backyard area, and an off-street parking space. The lease term is for 12 months, starting as soon as June 1, 2026, with an option to renew at the end of the lease if both parties wish to do so. A fully-refundable security deposit of $750 is due at the beginning of the lease, and the first month's rent of $750 is due as well (a total of $1,500 due at the signing of the lease agreement). Pets may be considered, with an additional fee. There is one dog (golden retriever) already living in the apartment. No smoking is allowed. The apartment is in a safe, quiet location within walking distance (~10 minutes) to downtown Bristol, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and RWU Shuttle bus stops. It's also an easy 5-minute drive or a 5-minute shuttle ride to the RWU campus! There is also plenty of on-street parking available as well as some availability off-street.
