The home is located about 1/4 mile from the quaint town of Redstone Colorado. Redstone has a general store, an inn with a grill and restaurant and there is a great pizza place in town. Also a historical museum, gift and antique shops. Great hiking and a mountain bike course. About 10 miles up the canyon is the town of Marble. Known for the Lincoln and unknown soldier memorials in Washington DC. There you will find lakes and the wonderful restaurant called Slow Groovin with yummy barbecue meats. Down the valley about 16 miles is the town of Carbondale with more restaurants, shops and the market with a pharmacy. All Ski resorts are within an hour away. Multiple hot springs are in the area for your enjoyment and health. There is a modern highway connecting all the areas to the house. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances; gas stove, dishwasher, fridge/icemaker and microwave. There is baseboard heating and a free standing fire place to warm the whole home. A large front deck with seating and a back deck area with a hot tub viewing beautiful Mt. Sopris. Plenty of parking area on a wooded acre+ lot. The owners maintain the garage and lower house area for storage. The home is fully furnished and tenants will be responsible for storing any furniture not used.
