INTERACTION WITH GUESTS Our Property Manager lives just two miles away and is available if you need help with anything in person. OTHER DETAILS Free street parking is available in front of the house. HOUSE MANUAL Prior to checkout, please wash all dishes thoroughly and put them away or leave them on the drying rack. Be sure to log out off all apps on the television. Return all furniture items, decor, and other items to their original location. Please inform us if anything was broken or needs attention. Set the AC to 74 in summer. Set the heater to 68 in winter. Turn the AC/heat to "off" if checking out in the spring or fall. Lock the kitchen doors (do not apply the chain lock to any doors). Use the chess room door to exit, making sure it locked behind you. It covers a roughly nine-block stretch of Quapaw and Prospect Streets. The area was developed between about 1890 and 1950, and contains a cross-section of architectural styles popular in that period. Many homes have been meticulously renovated to highlight their original glory. Guests will find a selection of fun restaurants and shops along Quapaw Avenue, just one block from Prospect Avenue. TRANSIT There are bus routes throughout Hot Springs, with stops near the unit. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions withing a 15-minute walk. STAIRS There are approximately 13 steps between the street parking and the front door. There are no steps to climb if you've reserved a parking spot behind the building. PARKING There are four parking spots behind the building for rent for $150 per month. There is free parking on the street in front of the house.
