Lease terms

Minimum lease term: 12 months. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electricity, gas, water, sewer, garbage, internet, cable, and any other services associated with the property. Security deposit required. First month's rent, security deposit, and any applicable fees are due prior to move-in. Pets are welcome with landlord approval. Additional pet deposit and/or monthly pet rent may apply. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home. Renters insurance is required and must be maintained throughout the lease term. Application Requirements Household gross monthly income must be at least three (3) times the monthly rent. Applicants must pass credit, criminal background, eviction, and rental history screening. Positive rental history and verifiable income are required. All occupants age 18 and older must submit an application. Reusable Tenant Screening Reports: Pursuant to RCW 59.18.257, this landlord will accept a portable tenant screening report prepared by a consumer reporting agency.
