Age restricted community: at least one person needs to be age 40 or over. Children under age 18 can visit for couple of weeks, but not allowed to live in this senior community. Home is like new with tons of quality upgrades, and you will love this beautiful Robson Ranch community, that has 16 quality pickleball courts with a very friendly Club of players, 4 tennis courts, beautiful indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot-tub, billiards, golf course, nice woodshop, etc. and all kinds of activities for active seniors going on all the time that you can use at no cost while renting a home in this amazing community. Great kitchen, 3 car garage, beautiful back yard with great barbecue, fire-pit, etc. You can't find a better active senior resort community anywhere. You are welcome to use our two bicycles to ride around our Robson Ranch community, such as to go play pickleball, etc. I don't always notice messages, so the best way to get a hold of me is to call or text me on my cell phone listed. The home is actually 2,250 sq. ft., 3 bedroom, and 2 1/2 baths, but we locked off our master bedroom, which makes it 1,700 sq. ft. and two bedroom and 1 1/2 bathrooms for your use. The 2nd bedroom that you would have is also very nice with a beautiful queen size bed, and dresser as shown in photos, and has a full bathroom just outside the bedroom. The third bedroom/office also has a queen size bed for your guests to use. Renter pays all the utilities. None of the photos show the locked off master bedroom. Security deposit is $1,800 with $150 of it being non-refundable cleaning fee. We pay to have it deep cleaned before you move in, and will pay to have it deep cleaned after you move out.
