One renter needs to be over age 40, and no person under age 18. If you rent here, you can use at no cost, the beautiful community indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, great fitness facilities, the 16 pickleball courts with super friendly pickleball club, the four tennis courts, several billiards tables, and lots of other activities. You can't find a better active Senior community. Our home is actually 2,250 sq. ft., but my wife wanted to lock off the master bedroom, so the area you would be renting is 1,700 sq. ft with two bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. Beautiful natural gas firepit and Barbecue area in back yard. Citrus trees: orange, lemon, and grapefruit that you can eat from. You are welcome to use our bicycles. PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible to pay all utilities. Rent is $1,900 per month plus you pay all utilities. Our home will be available to rent starting June 15, 2026.
