Nearby neighborhoods include Alhambra, Pasadena, SGV, Highland Park, and DTLA. To qualify, a minimum credit score of 675 is required. There are some exceptions regarding credit score. Household income needs to be 2.5x the rent. Applications that are approved will be subject to credit check, background screening, and income verification.
