Must have a government-issued valid ID for the tour. 1) Snow and Yard maintenance tenant responsibility - if the ticket is incurred due to lack of maintenance, the fee to be paid by the tenant 2) Utilities are tenant responsibility (gas, electricity) 3) Appliances in the unit: Appliances are provided as a courtesy and are in good working order upon move-in. If an appliance needs servicing, this is the tenant's responsibility. Appliances are expected to remain in good working order throughout the lease. If they are found to be broken at the time of moving out, the landlord reserves the right to use a portion of the security deposit as needed to repair. Receipts will be provided to the tenant in this case. If the appliance is simply at the end of its useful life, the landlord will replace it at their expense. 4) Non-smoking 5) Requirements: A.
