Tenant will pay directly to the following utilities: LES (electricity), Black Hills (natural gas), and any communications or entertainment services needed. In addition, the Tenant will pay to the owner a monthly fee (currently $45) that covers water, sewer, and trash services. There is parking for most vehicles smaller then a full size truck. As full size trucks have grown in size, sadly our parking area has not. We prefer no pets as our tenants in the other unit have declared previously that if a dog were to move into this unit, that they would move out. These are long term tenants, so we are trying to abide by this request.
