With three bedrooms featuring a king bed, a queen bed, and a bunk bed, there's plenty of space for everyone. Two bathrooms offer convenient showers and a hair dryer for added comfort. The two car garage will keep your vehicles covered in inclement weather. So whether you're unwinding after a day of exploring or gathering for a cozy evening, this enchanting home provides a perfect retreat. Don't forget to try out our comfy Adirondack chairs around the firepit in back. Hear the roar of the crowd on gameday or relax and watch the deer stroll by on others. We have brand new couches, chairs, backyard chairs, beds, dishes, glasses, appliances, blender, toaster, smoke and CO2 detectors. Just 15 min walk to the ND campus. All utilities are paid for in the monthly rent. This is a fully furnished monthly rental.
