The home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac with easy street parking directly in front. We are renting our primary residence while we are out of town and are pleased to share it with guests who want to enjoy this vibrant area. From the front of the home and backyard, you can take in beautiful Los Angeles sunsets. The Home The house has been remodeled and features a chef's kitchen with a six-burner stove. It is fully stocked with the essentials of daily living. Most personal items will be stored away, but the home is equipped for comfortable family living. The backyard offers multiple areas to relax, fruit trees, shaded seating, grass, and a hot tub. You can enjoy music indoors and outdoors while watching the sunset. We also have a chicken coop on the property. Guests should be comfortable with this. Fresh eggs from our hens are available during your stay. A caretaker will check on the chickens, or you are welcome to participate as much or as little as you like. A professional cleaner services the home every other week during longer stays and refreshes sheets, towels, kitchen, and bathrooms.
