Longer terms preferred (3+months), open to some negotiation on the rent for longer stays. Minimum stay of 1-month due to zoning regulations. Rent 1-3 months at $3325, 4-6 months at $3225, 6-9 months at $3125, 12 months at $3000 Security Deposit is $1000 for stays 1-3 months, it will increase to 1 months rent for leases 4+ months Application required for all intended occupants age 18+, a $30 application fee applies in the event we need to generate a credit report for you. Utilities included (capped) basic cable in the living room and Wi-Fi included as well Pets require approval and are subject to additional rent, fees, and deposits upon approval. Small pets considered for stays 3 months or less. If you want to rent more than 3 months and have a pet your application will be declined due to a bad past experience with animals long term. 100% no-smoking. Once approved there is a $49 reservation fee and $325 cleaning fee in addition to the monthly rent and refundable security deposit. Stays of 3 months or longer will automatically require professional furniture and carpet cleaning, to be deducted from the security deposit. Shorter stays may require professional carpet and furniture cleaning depending on the condition of the premises upon departure but is not automatically charged.
