Utilities included (capped) basic cable in the living room and Wi-Fi included as well Pets require approval and are subject to additional rent, fees, and deposits upon approval. Small pets considered for stays 3 months or less. If you want to rent more than 3 months and have a pet your application will be declined due to a bad past experience with animals long term. 100% no-smoking. Once approved there is a $49 reservation fee and $325 cleaning fee in addition to the monthly rent and refundable security deposit. Stays of 3 months or longer will automatically require professional furniture and carpet cleaning, to be deducted from the security deposit. Shorter stays may require professional carpet and furniture cleaning depending on the condition of the premises upon departure but is not automatically charged.

About the building

New flooring and paint. Fully furnished and equipped, this is the perfect rental for anyone wanting to live a short walk from the beach without having to be in the middle of the tourists. Convenient access to the 101 freeway and Price Canyon to make commutes to SLO or Santa Maria simple. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs, one furnished with a queen bed, and one with a bunk bed that has a full on the bottom and a twin on top. The third bedroom is downstairs by the entry and laundry room, and has a twin bed. The spacious laundry room, complete with sink, washer, and dryer opens to very small outdoor space behind the unit that has come citrus trees. No off-street parking. Pets require owner approval, they are likely to only approve small dogs due to the smaller size of the pet enclosure area. Small pets considered for stays 3 months or less. If you want to rent more than 3 months and have a pet your application will be declined due to a bad past experience with animals long term.
