The 27 bus is 7 stops 'til the balboa station trolley station; the 41 bus is 9 stops 'til the fashion valley trolley station. If you have a car, you can load/unload car at the condo but the only available parking is along the street. Vibe: Respectful, peaceful, chill. This is a great home for someone that wants a relaxing space and convenient location (Mesa college 1 bus stop away, UCSD short bus ride, near 805 and 163 hwys).
