The house is a 1920s Sears bungalow, freshly painted, with a walkout basement, attached garage, and charming loft. From the outside, it is screened from MacArthur Boulevard by lush foliage. Descend the stairs to the old-fashioned front porch, and enter the living room with fireplace. To your right is a hallway that connects a front and back bedroom and bath.
