You don't share any living spaces with me. I have my own laundry and kitchen. * $1.9k/month.

The one roommate is a mature woman who trains horses for living. She keeps to herself, but is very friendly when you interact with her. She is extremely respectful about privacy and cleanliness. Her work keeps her away from the house most of the day.
