FLEXIBLE LEASE TERM OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE. Utilities will be split evenly including myself. No smoking/VAPE, no pets, no drugs or excessive drinking, Parking on and off street. Laundry room 2 washers & 2 dryers are available in the basement with some storage space. One to Two Guest per room are allowed per vist: Mon-Thurs 5pm-9:30 pm and One overnight guest Fri 5pm-Sun til 9:30pm these hours and days also includes the pool area. I also have an organic garden, for everyone here to enjoy reasonably. Must be responsible for all guest, at all times, no acceptions. Must maintain cleanliness at all times both inside and outside, this includes use of pool. FLEXIBLE LEASE TERM OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE.
