It's a 2 steps process. First step includes checking the applicant's credit history, employment, income, financial delinquency, etc. Please submit prospective tenant's application along with most recent proof of income and ask agent for the link for the credit /background check or use the Link provided in the Documents sections. Once first step is accepted by landlord we can proceed with the criminal background check. Minimum monthly income should be equal or greater than 2.5 times monthly rent. Minimum credit score should be 600 or higher. Tenant's renting history should not contain evictions, property damage and missing monthly rental. Unit is available as of now. Tenants pay electricity in addition to rent. No Pets. Parking exterior space is #223 plus one more space is unassigned. Storage is in the unit same floor level and laundry as well. Refundable Move in and Move out is 300 each. Additionally there is a 65 elevator padding to cover. Notice of moving needs to be communicated minimum 10 days in advance. Minimum required Lease is 12 Months.
